3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or the equivalent in small strips)
1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 large bell pepper
1 onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti or other noodles

DIRECTIONS

1. Dice bell pepper and onion into small pieces.

2. Oil the inside of slow cooker well, pour remaining olive oil into bottom.

3. Layer chicken, peppers, and onions in the slow cooker.

4. Add garlic and seasonings.

5. Salt and pepper to taste (you can always add more at the end if needed).

    For some reason, every time I try to get to this page from Pinterest, I get a page for a Mountain Dew ad. I love this recipe and use it frequently while on Paleo or Whole 30. It makes a great sauce.
